I will be honest. For some reason this year it has been harder for me to get into the Christmas mood. I had put off my shopping. I had not wrapped a thing. And was having a hard time coming up with creative ideas for our Elf (on the shelf). In the last week my Cmas spirit has really kicked in. Speaking of which, have you been to Target lately? That white ceramic deer head has been calling my name. Have you seen it? Well, last week I caved to my swooning over it and snatched it up. It has been the perfect addition to our entry way. It’s funny how small things like that can brighten your day when you walk by.
Here are a few pics of some of our Christmas decorations. I do so love the twinkle of the Christmas tree lights. It may be my very favorite things about having the house decorated.

I love your Christmas decor! It’s so unique and festive. I totally agree with you, I’m usually dying for Christmas to get here by July, but I was more sluggish this year.
