I Should Be Cleaning

I Should Be Cleaning

by Jesse on December 27, 2010

How was your Christmas?

Ours was nice. Spent

all day in our pj’s!

The kids got

some fun things, but

mostly I enjoyed some extra

time off to spend doing nothing

with them. A little break from

our school work and busy schedules.

I have enjoyed our tree so much this

year, that I am not ready to take it down yet.

I usually have it down the day

after Christmas and am trying

to get things all cleaned up

and organized. Maybe this

coming weekend.

Until then I’ll be trying to get

my mess of a house cleaned up.

Do you ever feel that way after the holidays?

So much to organize, so little time.

Happy Monday

The title of your post pretty much sums up my day, everyday. With a not yet 3 mth old (my first!) there is always something that needs cleaning, hehehe ๐Ÿ™‚
ps – I’m enjoying your blog very much – my mother home-schooled me & my sisters so fun to hear your experiences

The mess after Christmas drives me crazy! New toy bins were calling my name last night. I had to answer.

I only used about 2/3 of my holiday decorations this year so I’m not at the point where I want them down immediately. But I am looking forward to some decorating projects once I do-doesn’t it always look so bare when the decorations come down?

So glad you had a relaxed and fun Christmas. I usually take my tree down sometime in January, haha. We just like seeing enjoying the lights and ornaments for a bit longer. Plus, it took us 6hrs one day and another 2hrs the next to get it up and decorated, so I’m really not looking forward to taking it down now ๐Ÿ™‚
Have fun cleaning this week :- )

That was our day too. Tree still up and trying to get the house back to normal.
Have a fabulous new year!

Hope your house is all back in order! I can totally relate… I can’t stand that feeling of chaos and disorganization. I’m just glad my hubby has been off work all week and could help me get our house back to normal. He keeps me on task. ๐Ÿ™‚

Glad you had a wonderful Christmas! I wish you much continued success and happiness in 2011, Jesse!!!
