Music Review

by Jesse on September 17, 2014

I had the pleasure of previewing music from a local band, the NeoRomantics on the eve of the debut EP release. I consider myself a music connoisseur, in that, I always have music on. Not to mention am constantly on the hunt for new bands. Can. not. get. enough. Music has always been a passion. While I will most likely never be an artist myself, I can certainly appreciate those with the gift of music.

That being said, I would love for you to check the band out.

Here is my review ::

“The Cynicism and Sentimentalism of the Hottest Summer We’ve Ever Known” is the debut EP from the NeoRomantics. After a summer to remember, the band has put together a compilation of songs that will truly give you the feels. “Insatiable” takes you on a mental road trip. Granting you passage on a journey of emotion and atmosphere. The violin soulfully lulls you into oblivion, contrasting seamlessly with the gritty vocals in “Bulletholes”.  The bands ability to intricately weave ardent instrumentals and husky vocals makes them one to keep in your sights. They have created music with roots, that is undeniably provocative.
