This month some friends and I have begun doing a series called 10 on 10.

We started off the day with a walk. The weather was beyond beautiful.
These apartments are on our path and look just like they did in 1929!
Jude has been asking me for a date for over a week. Finally today we were able to slip out together… just the two of us. I love the special time with him. He has grown by leaps and bounds this summer! Love his 6 year old self!
The kids have been playing the game of Life app on the ipad and decided they wanted the board game. So they pooled their money together (why do kids love paying for their own things so much?) and we ran to Target to get it.
We ended our day with an unplanned dinner at a local Mexican Restaurant…
under a huge oak tree.
We managed to fit in some story time before bed. She thinks she needs to read to me. I don’t mind that at all. =)
