I have been taking a little break. At first it was unintentional, but then there are just times you need to clear your head. That’s where I’m at. I think it’s good to take a step back and have no real deadlines. Spring is quickly approaching, thank goodness! So I thought I would share something that has helped me to beat the winter dry skin. Something super simple, you’ll probably laugh!
BAKING SODA!
A little baking soda in your hand add a tiny bit of water to make a paste and scrub! Your face… or body. It is the best exfoliant I’ve used and you can’t beat the price, right?! Follow up with my coconut oil recipe and I’ve had the best skin I’ve had in forever. And that’s saying something, because I have poopy skin! LOL!
What helps your winter dry skin? I’d love to hear!

I’m going to try the baking soda.
Yep… sometimes a break is needed.
I have terrible skin, too! I’m going to have to try your baking-soda-and-coconut-oil routine. Looks like it’s working well for you… You look beautiful!
OH my gosh I have to try this. I am always looking for skin remedies

Lovely little pic of you and your B!
